Hiyoshiya will participate in the “New Year Craft & Art Craft Festa” hosted by Wakasa Seikatsu.

The event brings together nine groups of Kyoto traditional craft artisans and contemporary artists, offering visitors an opportunity to enjoy the charm of craftsmanship at the start of the New Year.

Hiyoshiya Booth: Mini Wagasa (Japanese Umbrella) Making Experience

Our booth will feature the popular Mini Wagasa Making Experience, where participants can learn about the history and materials of Kyoto umbrellas while experiencing the skills handed down through generations.
